We as the group from La Cacatua Lodge had an awesome and educational rafting tour which we will always remember as a great experience in Costa Rica. We loved the way the trip was organized and enthousiasm of the guides. We also enjoyed a nice meal and snacks/fruits on the way. We strongly recommend this trip to everybody visiting Costa Rica, and we hope we will someday come back and relive this wonderful water experience!

Our family had an amazing time with Domincal Surf Adventures rafting the Rio Savegre! I highly recommend Dominical and our guides Louis and Romaine; they were fun, knowledgeable, kind, and adventurous, (not to mention excellent pico do gallo chefs)! Our 10 year old son had a blast; everyone there took extra care making sure he had an adventure, all while making sure he was perfectly safe. This family has been on many rafting adventures in South America, Mexico and the United States, and Dominical was the best thus far.

We have had several adventures with Dominical Surf Adventures- surfing lessons for my daughters, boating to Canyo Island (including scuba diving and snorkeling), and sea kayaking in and around Playa Ventanas. Each experience has been wonderful. The guides and instructors are the best- knowledgeable, fun and relaxed. In a group of 8 with various levels of ability, you took great care of everyone- made sure that everyone was comfortable and having fun. We can't wait to book another adventure with you! Pura Vida! My family and I had an awesome time with Dominical Surf Adventures! We spent two day rafting the Coto Brus and the Savegre. I found our guide, Louis, to be very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. He took the time to show us many rafting skills, and spent some extra time teaching us how to surf some of the holes, all the while making sure we were safe. I was completely pleased with the experience.

I had never surfed or white water rafted before, Henry and Norma set us up with great trips for both. Henry was a great surf teacher and in no time I was riding a couple waves! Louis, Mario and Henry took us out rafting and it was a great trip. They make the day special and made sure to share the local fauna and flora. Norma has a hidden talent of making beautiful jewelry that my wife loved! You made this trip very memorable and let try two things I have always wanted to do! If anyone plans on going rafting or taking surf lessons while in Costa Rica, make sure you do it with Dominical Surf Adventures!

Best surf trip ever!! Whent to Pavones and surf the best wave ever. Henry is the Man..! and Norma of course the best coordinator. Everything was tailord made. Definitely will go next year. Thanks for your kindness Glendaliz and Eduardo!!

Hi Norma,
Thanks for a great trip on the Savegre River. I think it was a great river to suggest given we had our 7 and 8 year old girls with us. The rapids were a blast and it was very apparent that the guides knew the river well. We will definitely go with your company again. Thanks, Lisa, Norm, Cassie and Katie

The entire trip was beyond our expectations!  Henry, all of us were so glad we had the chance to work with you.  It made the trip much more enjoyable and we loved getting to know you and Ezekiel better.  The group dinner turned out to be the most fun night of all.  The meal was delicious and all of us ended up dancing.

Hi Norma

We just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our white water rafting trip yesterday.  Luis and Chino (I hope I spelled it correctly) were great guides.  They kept us laughing the whole trip and made it very enjoyable.  Luis was very knowledgeable about the different trees, birds and animals.  Both Luis and Chino pointed out some squirrel and white-faced monkeys as well as a couple of crocodiles and many birds.  Chino made sure that JoAnne did not fall out - she is very thankful!  (He also made sure that she stayed VERY wet
